Hands to the Plow Fall Missions Conference

Join us for our Pre-Conference Workshop and our Fall Missions Conference September 20-22, 2021.

We pray this conference serves the church by stirring passion for missions, developing healthy theology of missions, and providing practical steps for engaging in missions.

Here are our goals:

  1. Build a biblical theology of missions from Genesis to Revelation. We’ll explore the grand biblical vision of missions stretching from Genesis to Revelation.
  2. Establish priorities in missions:
    • How can we help leaders in under-resourced areas grow in their understanding of God’s word?
    • How mercy ministry/care for the poor/holistic thinking fits into an evangelical doctrine of missions. We’ll explore the necessity and limitations of this type of ministry.
  1. Help local churches develop a plan to engage in missions. We’ll take theory and talk about how it works in practice.
    • What are the fundamentals of a healthy mission program? Are there things we could do better for the sake of Christ’s name?
    • How do we mobilize, grow, train, and send those who are interested in going?
    • How do we mobilize, grow, train, and shape godly givers/senders?
    • How can churches work together for a greater good?

Pre-Conference Workshop

Building Healthy Biblical Theology in the Local Church

Developing leaders logo

Fee: Free

Time: 2:00-4:00 Monday afternoon

In this pre-conference workshop, we’ll present resources to help local churches grow in their understanding of the story being told in the Bible. Healthy biblical theology is something all our people need—especially those who are teaching in any capacity in the local church (pastors, elders, Sunday school teachers, small group leaders, youth group leaders). These resources cover the entire Bible—from Genesis to Revelation. At this workshop, we’ll introduce the resources and outline specific plans to help the church grow in this important area. This workshop is open to pastors and leaders. Pre-register here (with link).

If you only want to register for the Pre-Conference Workshop:
