Payment for all orders must be made before the order can ship. Hands to the Plow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay by check, please call us at 715-349-7185 for ordering instructions.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
In order to maintain low shipping costs, materials are normally shipped via USPS within two business days of the order. If your shipment from Hands to the Plow will be delayed, you will be notified via email. Order Tracking is not available with items shipped via USPS Media Mail. We reserve the right to ship orders via FedEx or UPS without customer approval and at no additional cost.

Pricing on this website is applicable to orders within the 50 United States. All orders to addresses outside the US should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 715-349-7185 for pricing.
Tracking is not available with items shipped via USPS Media Mail.
We use a flat shipping cost structure that does not vary on how much or little you order. Currently shipping via USPS Media Mail is a flat $6.00.
Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hands to the Plow. If the products you have ordered are damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the problem. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them. Items are not subject to a restocking fee, however, customer is responsible for shipping charges to return items to Hands to the Plow, Inc..
