After three chapters of introductory matters, he is ready to get to work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paul introduces this portion of the book with the word \u201cFinally,&#8221; \u00a0but, like so many preachers and teachers, this word should not be taken to mean \u201cI\u2019m about done here.&#8221; \u00a0Paul could stretch out a \u201cfinally\u201d section, as demonstrated here, for quite some time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two halves to this chapter. The first half (verses 1\u201312) relates to the Christians who are living.
