All the Old Testament\u2019s laws, history, prophecy, and wisdom point to Jesus in various ways, and through him God fulfills all that the Old Testament anticipates (Matt. 5:17\u201318; Mark 1:15; Acts 3:18; 1 Cor. 1:23\u201324). \u201cChrist is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes\u201d (Rom. 10:4), and \u201call the promises of God find their Yes in him\u201d (2 Cor. 1:20).
