Why did Moses record events like God\u2019s guiding and protecting Israel through the wilderness and Red Sea? Paul says, \u201cNow these things happened to them as an example, but they were written down for our instruction, on whom the end of the ages has come\u201d (1 Cor. 10:11)&#8230;. When Moses wrote Deuteronomy, he was writing for Christians. When Isaiah and Jeremiah wrote their prophecies, they were writing for Christians. When Daniel finalized his book, he knew that only those we now call Christians would fully grasp the import of all he penned.
