Welcome to the GearTalk Bible Reading Plan. Each day we will be reading three passages from the Old Testament (one passage from the Law,* one from the Prophets, and one from the Writings), and one passage from one of the three sections in the New Testament. The Old Testament makes up 75% of the Bible. This plan matches that percentage, with three of the four readings each day coming from the Old Testament. This plan allows you to read through the entire Bible once per year and through the book of Psalms two times per year. Each day, you’ll also find an insight from that day’s reading. For greater flexibility, this plan schedules just 25 days of reading per month. The additional days can be used for catch-up or alternate readings. This plan is based on the KINGDOM Bible Reading Plan developed by Jason DeRouchie.
